How Do I Apply?

I  feel  ya.  

I have been giving my time, energy and resources for nearly 15 years to a cause that lights me up - and now the project is poised to make real systemic change in an entire education system. 

I dreamed of this impact, even when I had no idea what I was doing as a 20-something newbie expat in Tanzania, and no idea if the seeds the community I was working with were planting would ever bear fruit. 

And now, people ask me all the time how we did it - and I want you to take what lights you up and make the impact you are here to make.

I want to share this experience with you.  I want to inspire you to stay the course.  I want to get into it with you - the good, the bad, the ugly, the hard, the inspiring and the practical.  

That's why I'm offering this program completely free to a select group of motivated, committed individuals.  I want to be sure we are moving the needle together, having REAL breakthroughs that will have measurable impact on the greater good.
